Rising from this table is a 7-foot tall pole that arches over, featuring four protruding bars.

The magician’s assistant is introduced as she stands on the table. The magician binds her hands and secures her to the top of the pole structure. He then raises the cloth tube around her, enveloping the ropes that hold her wrists. This gathered tube is suspended from four rings attached to the bars above. The magician brandishes a menacing sword and plunges it into the cloth tube, eliciting a scream from within.

As the magician releases the cloth tube from the framework, it falls onto the table… and the girl has vanished!
