Effect: A spectator closely inspects a bill alongside a piece of paper. The magician positions the paper over the bill and folds them together, concealing the bill. Using an exacto knife, he carefully inserts the blade between the folds. He then pierces through both the bill and the paper. As he slides the knife to cut, the paper is severed, yet the bill remains completely intact.
