Alan Rorrison – Turn Left & Hoff

This effect is a personal favorite of mine: the Hofzinser Ace Problem!

A spectator selects a card, which they can sign if they wish. This card is placed face down between two Jokers, and these three cards are set on the table. The spectator then picks four random cards from a face-down spread. Miraculously, these four cards turn out to be the four aces. In a stunning finale, the ace matching the spectator’s card disappears and reappears between the Jokers, revealing their signed selection among the remaining aces.

Every move is meticulously detailed.

This routine has been refined since 2005 to ensure that each action is as straightforward and impactful as possible. I even created the A.R. switch specifically for this routine, which was kept under wraps and respected by a select few in the underground magic community until its release.
