B.F. (Back & Front) ACAAN

• The deck can be stacked or gimmicked but must be showable and examinable by spectators.

The illusionist presents a set of cards numbered from 1 to 12, shuffles them, and hands them to a spectator. Through a series of cuts and flips, the spectator generates a random number. The magician then reveals a standard deck of 52 cards, inviting the spectator to cut and select a card randomly. By counting the previously chosen number of cards from the top of the deck, the spectator will astonishingly arrive at the card they just selected.

Impromptu Countdown ACAAN

Using a borrowed shuffled deck, a spectator selects a card, announces its value, and places it on top of the deck. The card is lost within the deck through a random process based on its name and a visual cut into three piles. The spectator then counts down to zero multiple times, matching each countdown number with face-up cards from the top of the deck. At the end, the remaining cards lead to the very card they initially chose, creating a magical revelation.

ACAAN For Tea Time

The magician presents a deck, shuffles it, and hands it to the spectator to cut. The spectator divides the deck into three piles, memorizes the top card of the middle pile, and mixes it back into the deck. After reassembling, they ensure their card isn’t at the bottom and choose a number within a specified range. Upon counting down, a magical gesture reveals that the chosen card is exactly the one they had in mind.
