RIGHT NOW is my latest manuscript featuring three powerful mentalism effects that can be performed anytime, anywhere, convincing your audience that you can truly read their minds. These effects are perfect for when someone challenges you with, “READ MY MIND RIGHT NOW!”

Here’s what you’ll find inside:

1) HOT (Heads or Tails)

This routine involves three simple steps. You ask your spectator for any coin, have them flip it in the air, and catch it without showing it to you. They check whether it’s heads or tails, and despite never seeing the coin, you accurately reveal its state. The beauty of this effect lies in the fact that the coin is theirs, and it all happens in their hands. You can even perform this while looking away, proving that your method is genuinely practical and easy to execute.

2) BUBBLES:

Using a borrowed glass and a carbonated beverage (like Coke or Pepsi), you invite your spectator to think of a name, card, or object. As they pour the soda into the glass, they observe the bubbles. After mixing with a spoon (which can also be borrowed), the bubbles begin to form the initial letter of their thought! While it requires a quick two-second setup, it feels almost impromptu.

3) THE PURE THING:

In this effect, you simply ask your spectator to think of a card without any verbal confirmation or writing it down. There are no peeks, no stooges, and it’s 100% impromptu. It may sound impossible, but I assure you it’s a technique I use regularly. You can reveal their chosen card perfectly without suggesting any options, ensuring a completely free selection with no psychological forces involved. This effect requires nothing more than your mind and your spectator’s thoughts, and you don’t need a deck of cards to perform it.
