Spectrum enhances Paul Wilson’s classic effect, Technicolor Cheek, originally marketed by Aldo Colombini. Recently, Aldo graciously returned the rights to Paul, allowing him to unveil this refined version. Technicolor Cheek draws inspiration from UF Grant’s Cheek to Cheek.

In this captivating routine, a spectator freely thinks of a card while the deck is shuffled, showing some cards face up and others face down. When the spectator reveals their chosen card, a uniquely colored card emerges from the deck. This card is handed to the spectator for safekeeping, while the deck remains visibly mixed.

With a simple snap of the fingers, the entire deck magically turns face down. The spectator then flips over the odd-backed card, revealing it to be their initially thought-of card! To conclude the effect, the entire deck transforms to match the color of the chosen card, showcasing both sides as the cards are dribbled from hand to hand.
