This engaging routine begins with a selection of art postcards, which have been playfully cut into pieces. The spectator takes charge by shuffling these pieces while a mysterious red envelope rests on a charming easel, prominently displayed.

The shuffled cards are laid out on the table, some facing up and others down. The spectator then performs an ‘origami shuffle’, folding the pieces together, altering their positions and orientations with each fold.

Once assembled, you spread the cards across the table and draw attention to the red envelope. Upon opening it, the prediction reveals that ‘FOUR PIECES WILL BE FACE DOWN’. To their astonishment, exactly four pieces are indeed face down!

But that’s not all! You reveal that three of the pieces form a cohesive image. The spectator flips the last piece, only to find it doesn’t match. You humorously remark, ‘Some might call it a ‘Mess-Terpiece’, but you did wonderfully…’

As the misaligned picture lies before them, you unveil the prediction card, which perfectly matches the flawed artwork!
