Introducing the Enhanced Couvert Peek by Dan Dent

Discover the latest edition of Dan Dent’s innovative technique, now featuring fresh ideas and variations—all at the same price!

Available exclusively at Mentalism Center, this edition includes additional insights from Pablo Amira.

The Couvert Peek (pronounced Coo-ver) is a straightforward, deceptive, and completely gimmick-free drawing duplication effect, ideal for close-up and walk-around performances. It requires just one card (a business card or plain billet), a small envelope, and a pen, allowing you to peek at half of the inside of the folded card. The spectator creates a drawing on the inside of the folded card and initials the envelope, into which the performer places the card. The performer then duplicates the spectator’s drawing directly on the envelope, which is given back to the spectator as a keepsake. Every aspect of the routine is meticulously motivated, emphasizing scripting and psychological elements.

The accompanying eBook includes a link to a YouTube video demonstrating the ‘move’ to showcase the correct timing and rhythm, though it is not a full tutorial for the Couvert Peek.

An addendum with new material is available for free download to all original Couvert Peek purchasers, accessible via the same video link provided in the original manuscript.
