Who Is He?

In 1991, after funding his college education by performing magic, Dan Paulus chose to abandon his dream of becoming a high school teacher to embrace a full-time career as a magician. Since then, he has been a dedicated professional.

Now based in Salt Lake City, Dan has entertained countless corporate and private events from Los Angeles to New York. He has served as an on-set advisor for CBS shows like “Touched by an Angel” and “Promise Land,” and his hands have appeared in three national TV commercials. He also consulted for the online game The Sims, providing insights for magician characters in “The Sims 3 Showtime.”

Dan has performed for notable figures, including actress Lisa Kudrow, author James Dashner, and rock icon Tommy Thayer of KISS. However, his greatest achievement is raising four wonderful children while balancing the life of a working magician and stay-at-home dad.
