Who Is He?

Daniel Chard is a full-time professional magician based in Bristol, United Kingdom. He is an Associate member of the Inner Magic Circle with a silver star. With over 15 years in magic, he is constantly learning, performing, and innovating in the art we cherish. You can often find him jamming at conventions.

Daniel is frequently booked for private events, weddings, and corporate gatherings across the country.

He served as a resident bar magician at Illusions Magic Bar in Bristol for nearly a decade, showcasing his unique brand of visual card magic to thousands. He also performed at House Of Illusion in Salou, Spain, completing over 500 bar sets and stage performances.

Currently, Daniel is the head magician at Smoke And Mirrors, the UK’s Only Boutique Magic Theatre, where he performs close-up magic at tables and presents a 60-minute stage show to sold-out audiences.

He has released three major DVDs: ‘Chardshark’, ‘Chardistry’, and ‘The Expert At The Chard Table’, sharing his distinctive style of visual card magic with the magic community. Additionally, he has published a series of downloads with Ellusionist and contributed to Magic magazine.
