Effect: A small envelope is displayed and set aside. A spectator thoroughly shuffles a deck of ESP cards, spreads them face down, and another spectator freely selects one card (no forcing involved!). This card is then placed unseen into the envelope, which remains visible. The performer or another spectator retrieves a complete set of five ESP symbols. The spectator can mix them as they wish and arranges them in a row. They then choose one symbol to keep while discarding the others.
