The Freestyle Book Test is an extraordinary mentalism tool that you can create at home using virtually any book. Picture this: you present a book that you’ve cherished for years, filled with your own notes, doodles, and personal touches. Inside, there are annotations of cards, serial numbers, dates, locations, names, and highlights.

A spectator selects any page and holds the book. You begin to reveal various words, numbers, doodles, colors, and names from the book. Additionally, you’ve inscribed playing cards throughout the text. When the spectator names their favorite card, they locate it in the book, and without touching it, you start to disclose information from the pages they are examining, including cards next to theirs!

This innovative method, known as “The Interlocking Mnemonic Lists,” allows you to customize any book for your mentalism performances. With some creativity, you can adapt this technique for use in any language, making the Freestyle Book Test a unique addition to your mentalism repertoire.
