1. Andreu’s Direct Mindreading Masterpiece (D.M.M.)

The mentalist engages the audience with a twist on the popular 20 Questions game, inviting a randomly selected female spectator to mentally choose an item from a selection of around 40. The participant hides a coin in one of her hands based on the answers to the mentalist’s questions about her chosen item. Ultimately, the mentalist not only identifies the correct hand concealing the coin but also reveals the exact item the spectator is thinking of! This effect is achieved without any written notes or verbal cues from the participant, and it requires no stooges, pre-show setups, or dual reality. Only one card is utilized.

Each MindSight book includes a durable plastic card designed for performing D.M.M. on stage, along with an additional card for close-up performances. The card resembles one from the “official 20 Questions board game,” ensuring that it blends seamlessly into the effect’s context.
