Opaque: Full Billet Peek is a groundbreaking technique designed for mentalists seeking to reveal hidden information effortlessly. This method allows you to gain insights from a business card under test conditions, making it perfect for both close-up performances and stage shows.

Inspired by Bob Cassidy’s iconic two-envelope test, I developed “Opaque” in 2011. The routine’s strength lies in its transparency; all items remain visible, and the envelopes can be freely handled, ensuring they are genuinely opaque.

In this streamlined approach, unnecessary elements are removed—no windows, no switches, and no awkward handling. Everything is fully examinable, resulting in a clean and direct experience.

Effect: A spectator writes down information on a business card, places it in an envelope, which is then sealed inside another envelope. Despite thorough examination, you still reveal the concealed information with ease.
