When the performer finally turns back, the prediction is revealed, and it matches perfectly!

Closet of Tombstones: This is Perna’s spontaneous adaptation of Tony Anverdi’s Mental Die, and it can be executed with any dice! The participant rolls the dice, remembers one of the numbers, and the performer reveals that number in a surprising manner!
