1. WORD TEST – A standard A4 sheet features 24 grids (6 x 4), each containing a printed word. The sheet is torn into 24 individual pieces, each with a word. A volunteer selects one piece face down, and after a brief interaction, the Mentalist reveals the word on that piece.

2. DRAWING DUPLICATION – This follows the same format as the WORD TEST, but instead of words, each grid contains a drawing or sketch. The Mentalist replicates the sketch chosen by the volunteer.
