The participant mentally selects a card from a fanned deck. The magician then embarks on a quest to reveal this card through a series of insightful questions. Facing the deck, he begins with, “Is your card red or black?” After eliminating the non-chosen color, he continues with, “Was it a Heart or a Diamond?” (or a Spade or Club?) Following a few more questions and discarding irrelevant cards, the magician dramatically reveals the last remaining card as the one the spectator envisioned. At first glance, this trick may appear straightforward, relying on simple “fishing” questions. But here’s the twist! The magician unveils all the discarded cards: They are ALL BLANK! The spectator’s card is the only one featuring a printed face!
