CHAPPED

Kyle Marlett presents a fresh twist on the classic bill tube effect. A spectator borrows and signs a bill, which is then folded and heated with a lighter, igniting in a burst of flames before vanishing. The spectator holds a chapstick tube, and as they open it, their signed bill magically rises from within.

False Queens

Experience a quick visual effect by Justin Flom. A queen is placed face down in the center of the deck, and with a wave of the hand, the second queen disappears from the top. A random card then transforms into the queens, which are placed back into the deck, face up among face-down cards. All cards turn face up except for the two queens.

Spring Peek

Blake Vogt introduces an impressive card peek. The performer springs cards into the spectator’s hand, allowing them to call stop freely (no forcing). After they note their card, the remaining cards are sprung on top, enabling the magician to instantly reveal the chosen card. This technique is a valuable utility move.

Hidden Cash

Bizzaro’s modern self-contained bill switch requires no thumb tip, allowing the magician to show their hands completely empty at all times. The magician displays two one-dollar bills, folds them into a small packet, and with a shake, they transform into a two-dollar bill. A wave of the hand returns them to the original one-dollar bills, showcasing a versatile concept.

X-Ray Box

Rick Lax offers a unique take on the ACAAN plot. The magician thumbs through cards, and the spectator remembers one. After shuffling the deck and placing it in a box, the magician dons special X-Ray glasses, revealing the location of the chosen card. The spectator counts down to find their card at the specified position, with two versions of the effect taught.
