Axel Hecklau resides in Berlin, Germany, and has lectured in over 15 countries, including prestigious events like FISM, FFFF, The Magic Castle, and the Magic Circle in London. With over 30 years of experience, he is a renowned professional in Germany, having competed in 15 magic competitions and secured 14 awards. For the last decade, he has been performing in his weekly close-up show, the Close-Up-Club, in Berlin. His lectures cover parlor, stage, and close-up magic, featuring only material from his active working repertoire, proven in countless performances. Additionally, he organizes an annual youth workshop in Germany to connect young magic enthusiasts with seasoned professionals. And let’s not forget, everyone admires his iconic mustache!
