Gordon Bean – Entourage
“This is one of the great packet tricks. Bravo!” – David Regal
“@#%*$& awesome!” – Criss Angel
“Gordon’s done it again. This kills.” – Cyril
After years of development, Gordon Bean proudly presents Entourage, his most anticipated effect to date. Over the past year, audiences at the Magic Castle in Los Angeles, including renowned performers, have experienced this trick, generating excitement typically reserved for the best walk-around magic.
The effect is incredibly simple yet powerful. A spectator freely names one of the four queens, then chooses one of four cards placed between two face-up jokers. Miraculously, the chosen card is the named queen!
It’s important to note that there are no limitations on the selection of either the queen or the face-down card. This effect can be repeated for the same audience with different choices each time.
But the magic doesn’t end there. As a stunning climax, the three unselected cards can be turned over—by the spectator, if you wish—and they are all jokers! The named queen is the only card revealed!
Having been rigorously tested at the Magic Castle, Entourage stands out as a truly practical effect that deserves a spot in your performance repertoire. It’s easy to execute, resets instantly in full view, and requires no table, allowing you to perform it surrounded, with the finale taking place right in the spectator’s hand.
Bring it to your next strolling gig, and soon you’ll have your own Entourage!
