A spectator receives a freshly shuffled deck of cards, instructed not to view the faces, and places it face down on a table. They cut the deck into two piles and think of a card without revealing it. After completing the cut, the magician examines the cards and places a few on top. The deck is cut again, and this process is repeated. Eventually, the spectator is asked to deal the cards face down, stopping at any moment of their choosing. When the top card is revealed, it matches their selected card, and astonishingly, the entire deck is shown to be blank, ready for examination!
