The Blade Pyramid by JC Sum

The Blade Pyramid, designed by JC Sum and launched in 2011, is a captivating illusion that features a pyramid-shaped box adorned with a lady’s silhouette. The performance begins with the assistant entering through a side door of the prop. Four solid metal blades, which can be thoroughly examined, are then inserted vertically into the front of the pyramid at equal intervals. Additionally, three swords or spears are placed into three corners of the front. The entire prop is rotated to allow the audience to witness the blades and swords extending completely through it. After removing the blades and swords, the door is opened, revealing the assistant unharmed.
