Key Ring: The Official Magazine of the I.B.M.

Key Ring is the official monthly magazine of The International Brotherhood of Magicians (I.B.M.) British Ring Number 25. Members receive this 32-page glossy publication either in print or via email. The editor welcomes contributions, including stories, reports, and articles that would interest our community.

For over eighty years, the magazine was known as The Budget, referring to a small bag used by street performers to carry their props. Three years ago, we decided to refresh the name, and after a member competition, “Key Ring” was chosen. In the I.B.M., each branch is called a ring, and a key ring symbolizes the collection of essential articles. Additionally, we proudly represent the largest Ring within the I.B.M.

Featuring occasional tricks from various writers, reports on magical events across the UK, and opportunities for personal and commercial advertisements, Key Ring is an engaging publication. This magazine is exclusively for members, who are encouraged to submit their articles for consideration.

Key Ring fosters a sense of community among our members and is included with the membership subscription.
