Phoney Telephone Directory Test by Trevor Dawson

Effect: A spectator is presented with a local Telephone Directory, allowing them to freely choose and remember a subscriber’s name, exchange, and phone number. They can select any page and any column. Once the Directory is set aside, the performer instantly reveals the chosen entry in any preferred manner. This effect is incredibly direct, as the performer possesses the same knowledge as the spectator without any need for written notes.
