The Unforgettable Coin Magic of Cody Fisher

This captivating coin magic DVD features three masterful routines by professional magician Cody Fisher from Austin, Texas. Each routine showcases stunning techniques that elevate classic coin magic.

Routine #1 — “Theft Proof Purse”: Cody starts with a coin purse frame, demonstrating that his hands are empty. He retrieves a British copper penny and an American half dollar. The copper coin is placed back into the purse frame, becoming invisible. After waving the silver coin over the frame, it magically swaps places with the invisible copper coin. When the spectator opens her hand, she discovers the copper coin has appeared there. The purse frame is placed on her hand, and Cody retrieves the silver coin from it. The routine concludes with the copper coin reappearing in the frame, only for Cody to surprise everyone with a jumbo coin from within.

Routine #2 — “Turtle Coins”: In this coins across routine, four coins are displayed in Cody’s left hand. One by one, two coins travel to the right hand, which are then placed in a spectator’s hand. A clink is heard as Cody shows two coins remain in his left hand. When he reveals the spectator’s hand, it contains three coins, with one still in his left. The final coin is removed under the pretense of a joke, only for Cody to ignite it, causing it to vanish and reappear in the spectator’s closed hand.

Routine #3 — “Real World CSB”: Cody empties a coin purse to reveal a Chinese coin and a Mexican 20 Centavo, which he hands to a spectator for inspection. He establishes that their combined value is 50 cents and introduces a half dollar from his pocket. After placing all three coins in one hand and removing the half dollar, he reveals a surprising transformation as the coins switch places. The spectator’s hand is turned over to find the silver half dollar, while Cody performs a fluid motion to change it back into the Chinese coin and the Centavo. The routine culminates with the silver coin appearing in Cody’s hand, while the purse reveals the other two coins, all of which can be examined.
