Who Is He?

Hailing from southwestern France, Xavier Mortimer embarked on a journey to create performances that seamlessly blend magic, circus arts, music, and comedy.

He honed his skills at the Music and Dance Conservatory of La Rochelle, the Desmond Jones Acting School in London, and the Jacques Lecoq Acting School in Paris. At just 15, he crafted his first show, a fusion of magic, mime, and comedy, which earned him numerous accolades, including 1st place at the Albano International Congress in Italy and the Gold Star at the L’Eau d’Olle magic festival in France.

A versatile performer, Xavier has garnered several international awards for his magical performances. His show, L’Ombre Orchestre (The Shadow Orchestra), debuted in Avignon (France) in 2006 and has since been showcased over 1000 times in Paris and around the globe.

As both creator and performer, Xavier presents visually stunning shows internationally. He not only composes music for his performances but also for others. In 2012, he developed the character Sneaky for Cirque du Soleil’s production, ONE, currently running in Las Vegas.

From 2013 to 2015, while performing in Las Vegas, Xavier appeared on various mainstream television shows worldwide and is set to unveil his new magic show in 2016 in Las Vegas.

He was also invited to perform at FISM Italy 2015.
