Experience the captivating Manipulation Show, where Dan Harlan showcases how to deliver a grand stage performance using only a compact briefcase. This semi-silent manipulation act features a diverse array of plots and techniques that will intrigue magicians of all skill levels.

The performance opens with the mesmerizing Dancing Cane, where a cane seemingly floats and moves on its own. In a breathtaking finale, the cane transforms in color and instantly becomes two silk handkerchiefs.

Next, Harlan focuses on a candelabra, magically changing the first candle into a white silk handkerchief. He then makes a second candle vanish under a handkerchief, only to reveal the blue handkerchief tied around the last candle. To conclude this segment, Harlan makes the final candle disappear right before the astonished audience.

The first part of the act culminates with the classic Billiard Balls, where vibrant red balls vanish, reappear, and multiply in astonishing ways.

The next trio of effects begins with “Tight Rope,” featuring a length of rope and a spectator. In a series of bewildering moments, the spectator appears to pluck the ends of the rope, leaving Dan with an endless loop. The ends are restored, and after a magical cut using just the spectator’s finger, the two ends are tied in a large knot. Harlan skillfully slides the knot, revealing that the cut has mysteriously moved.

Following this is “Silken Dream,” where a surprising number of colorful silks emerge from a single piece. Harlan then performs “Ouch,” where a finger bandage invisibly jumps between his index fingers. After the bandage vanishes, he reveals that each finger now sports a bandage at its tip.

The final section features three magical classics: an elegant Linking Ring routine, the enchanting Zombie floating ball, and the grand finale—a large Blendo created from the silks produced during “Silken Dream.”
