Infinity Blocks

Infinity Blocks are exquisitely crafted props inspired by ‘The Charpentier Illusion’, also referred to as ‘The Size/Weight Illusion’, but with an innovative twist! Unlike the traditional version, these blocks create a remarkable experience where they feel significantly heavier in one hand compared to the other. This phenomenon occurs regardless of whether you know the secret behind it!

The performance begins as a spectator lifts three stacked blocks, noting their weight. When they subsequently pick up just the top two blocks, they are astonished to discover that these two blocks feel heavier than the original three! As they continue, lifting a single block reveals that it astonishingly weighs more than the previous two combined!

With a simple gesture, the performer can make all three blocks feel incredibly light, but this sensation is fleeting as the weight returns unexpectedly. Ultimately, the blocks are revealed to feel heavier in the participant’s dominant hand than in their non-dominant hand, creating a genuine experience that isn’t merely suggestion—it’s a real sensation!
