In the early 1990s, Ted Karmilovich began crafting what many consider one of the finest book tests of our time, alongside Larry Becker’s Flashback. Initially, only members of The Legendary Thirteen had access to Ted’s creation. However, in 1996, the landscape of mentalism changed dramatically with the release of the Mother Of All Book Tests, priced at $350 and valued even higher by professional performers. I cherish my copy and utilize it frequently.

Later that year, I reached out to Ted and demonstrated what would be known as Mother’s Home Companion over the phone. He was amazed and referred to The Mommy Maneuver as “a wonderful no-pump solution.” With his approval, I shared MHC with a select group of colleagues, allowing it to remain somewhat under the radar. It has been out of print and unavailable since then.

In 2003, I launched an expanded version of MHC, allowing performers to execute the MOAB presentation seamlessly for two participants simultaneously, effectively enhancing the value of your investment.
