Initially released as a limited edition booklet, Shenanigans was a hit at the Blackpool Convention, selling out quickly.
This collection features detailed explanations of three of Liam’s most popular routines, designed for those who enjoy performing magic for friends or professionally, rather than just practicing moves.
IN3D
The performer claims their cards are marked and puts on 3D glasses, magically retrieving all four Aces from the deck! They explain that the glasses highlight the Aces’ backs. A spectator borrows the glasses and, when asked to identify any cards that seem different, points out four cards with unusual colors—unbeknownst to them, these are the Aces!
But the surprises don’t end there! When the glasses are removed, the Aces appear normal again. The spectator turns the Aces face down, and everyone is astonished to see the Aces revert to their original colors, ready for examination!
This is a shockingly cool trick. It plays strongly to large crowds or among friends. It’s a brilliant addition to any act, especially in today’s 3D-centric world. Great for comedy too!Jamie Daws
ANAGRAM
Show why some pens are called ‘Magic Markers’ by writing your name in capital letters on the back of a random card. A spectator signs the front of the card. With a wave of your hand, you visually compress all the ink into a single bundle, inspired by Jay Sankey. But that’s just the start—you then un-squish the ink into the spectator’s name without any extra moves!
This method is real-time, easy to handle, and features a fast reset! BOOF!
I love using Anagram in my professional performances! It combines the best elements of Sanders’ ‘Identity’ and Jay Sankey’s ‘Squish,’ adding a signature Liam twist! It’s visual, easy, and truly shocking! Well done, Liam!Darren McQuade
HYDRA/HEADBUTT!
This routine offers a fresh twist on the card-on-forehead effect with a simple, deceptive handling technique. A spectator’s card first appears on your forehead, then a second card is chosen and lost in the deck. The first card magically transforms into the second while still on your head!
Both cards are signed, and you seamlessly transition into an easy, commercial version of the Anniversary Waltz, merging the two signed cards forever!
All three of these incredible tricks are compiled in one downloadable PDF, complete with illustrations by Will Houston. Order today to enjoy this collection of Liam Montier’s most commercial magic yet!
