SHOWCASE – UNIVERSAL EDITION
Created by Thomas Sealey
SHOWCASE has quickly become an essential part of all our professional sets at Saturn Magic. Mark Traversoni states, “If you don’t do card in phone, there are no excuses now.” Kieron Johnson adds, “The dawn of a new age in card or coin to phone.” iNFiNiTi describes it as “PHONE-OMENAL,” while Lord Harri proclaims, “Card in Phone REVOLUTIONISED!”
This innovative effect blurs the boundaries between physical, digital, and magical realms, elevating the classic ‘Card To Phone’ routine to unprecedented heights. With SHOWCASE, you can present your hands completely empty and showcase the phone from all angles before visually dropping a full card into your spectator’s hands. The days of complex sleights and hidden cards are over.
SHOWCASE offers a universe of creative possibilities and unparalleled freedom in your performances, making it possible to achieve effects that are cleaner and more visual than ever before—completely surrounded. The moment you reveal the card feels like real magic, even to the performer, as it appears to emerge from within the phone.
What is SHOWCASE?
SHOWCASE is a custom phone case designed by Thomas Sealey and the Saturn Magic Creative Team, granting any compatible phone extraordinary capabilities. It allows you to:
- Secretly hold one or multiple playing cards
- Load and lock selected and signed cards during your performance
- Control the moment of card production with an ingenious locking mechanism
- Transform a physical card into a digital one
This product works seamlessly with popular Card To Phone apps (sold separately), which you may already own. If not, we highly recommend them as they are affordable. Additionally, you can perform card in phone using non-app methods taught through your phone’s camera roll or video.
The possibilities with SHOWCASE are endless, paving the way for remarkable and original routines, including:
- *NEW* Video Prediction: Imagine your spectator selecting a card, then pulling out your phone to play a video recorded earlier that day. In the video, you reveal the back of a predicted card before it magically drops off the screen and into your hand!
