StarLight by Chris Perrotta offers a mesmerizing experience where “a beam of pure light comes to life on your card, then transforms to reveal a chosen card’s name, a lucky number, or even initials!” Your spectator uses their own phone’s flashlight to direct an ungimmicked beam of light onto the back of a card. In plain sight, the dot of light animates, stretches, and morphs into an “H.” This “H” then unravels into the number 8, revealing the Eight of Hearts as the selected card! The “8” diminishes into a single dot of light, which the spectator can blow out like a candle!
