Background

In late July, a captivating video surfaced in Coin Magicians, the leading community for coin magic on Facebook, garnering significant attention.

Renowned coin magician Curtis Kam commented, “That was fun and magical,” piquing our interest to watch the video.

The video featured a performer producing a coin from thin air in a traditional manner, leading us to think, “Is that all?”

Suddenly, he moved the coin to a specific spot in the air and tapped it. With each tap, a coin-clicking sound emerged from nowhere! He then produced another coin at the tapping location.

Was it sleight of hand? His hand was completely open. A gimmick? He wore short sleeves. Hidden in his clothing? His outfit remained still.

While using coins to create sound effects isn’t new, this method achieves an unprecedented level of realism and cleanliness.

The creator of this video is Hoang Doan Minh. His subsequent videos revealed more innovative ideas, and after connecting with him, we decided to collaborate.

After months of working together across continents, we proudly present – Audiokinesis.

What is Audiokinesis?

Audiokinesis represents a groundbreaking approach to close-up magic, merging visual tricks with auditory illusions.

At the heart of Audiokinesis is the ingenious Bing Sound, a method that produces a “bing” sound effect with a single coin, mimicking the sound of an invisible coin tapping in the air. Developed by Binh Nguyen and refined by Hoang Doan Minh, this technique offers limitless possibilities, ensuring unforgettable moments for your audience.

Hoang’s Audiokinesis system includes three well-structured routines that seamlessly integrate sound into your coin magic. This practical tool enhances your performances without the need for gaff coins.

Included is a physical gimmick and an extensive online tutorial by Hoang, covering everything from basic moves to three complete routines, all endorsed by seasoned coin magicians.

If you’re seeking a unique addition to your coin magic that will leave a lasting impression, Audiokinesis is a must-have.

Three Routines

Ant-Man and the Ghost

Experience the narrative of “Ant-Man and the Ghost” using a silver coin and a copper coin. With the Bing Sound enhancing each moment, the routine feels like a sci-fi adventure, culminating in a fittingly dramatic conclusion.

Hoang Coin Across

In this routine, produce three coins from thin air, one after the other, as they travel seamlessly from hand to hand, showcasing Hoang’s distinctive style and subtleties.

Invisible Visible

Make three coins appear and disappear individually. The added sound dimension makes these magical moments even more deceptive.

No gaff coins are necessary to perform these routines.
