“Impromptu bill routine that looks like a gimmick and CGI… yes please.” – Ryan Schlutz

“This is a trick you will do! You borrow the bill, you borrow the pen. Nothing to add on, nothing to steal, there’s no gimmicks, there’s virtually no setup… if you can fold paper, you can do this…” – Ryan Bliss
In The Hancock Effect, Kyle Purnell takes a dollar bill from you, has you sign it, and then astonishingly moves your signature from one side to the other without any gimmicks. You receive the bill back as a memorable souvenir, a reminder of the moment he left you questioning reality.
Here’s how it works: A one-dollar bill is borrowed from a spectator. An arrow and a box are drawn at opposite ends of the bill. The bill is folded into quarters, allowing the audience member to sign their name below the arrow. With no suspicious moves, the magician visually removes the ink from the bill. The bill is then crumpled and placed in the spectator’s hands. The magician tosses the ink back onto the bill, and when opened, the signature that was once under the arrow is now inside the previously empty box.
This effect was a standout at Magifest, with magicians eagerly seeking Kyle to witness this miracle. There are no gimmicks involved, and you can genuinely borrow the bill from your spectator. As a bonus, Kyle also teaches his gimmick-free impromptu pencil-through-bill effect, Incredibill. This download is filled with straightforward effects that end cleanly and are taught in detail for both right-handed and left-handed performers. An included PDF ensures international performers can also master The Hancock Effect. Experience a moving ink effect that is direct and examinable.
